November 2011 – Elliptec at the MST seminar in Dortmund
Elliptec’s CEO Mr. Dirk van Vinckenroye and Prof. Dr. Michael Schlüter, Director of the Institute for Natural Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences HRW Mülheim, gave a lecture on new perspectives for piezo drives in medical applications during the latest MST seminar (November 23th, 2011, 5 p.m.) in Dortmund. Those popular seminars take place in the accommodations of the MST.factory dortmund. The lecture impressively illustrated the multi-purpose application spectrum being achieved by a selection of the latest drive and control concepts and delivered insights into the product development process of innovative drives to their final customer application.
November 2011 – Elliptec’s booth at COMPAMED / Medica 2011 in Düsseldorf
This year’s highlight turned out to be our brand-new high-precision XY-stage for positioning tasks: Consisting of two linear units it is specially designed for Elliptec drive solutions. Each linear unit includes a driven linear slide, a precision bearing and a high-resolution positioning sensor. Drive and control is effected by Elliptec’s own created electronic drive unit which may be customized to your special needs. Aside of this product launch visitors were able to find out more about our approved linear and rotatory positioning modules, a large selection of different kinematics as well as various customer applications which we have supported from first prototypes to final maturity phase.
April 2011 - Hannover tradeshow 2011
Themed “Piezo drive mass solutions”, Elliptec’s booth presented roads to successful cost optimized piezo drive solutions. A customized biaxial plastic positioning unit impressively evidenced that the combination of both extremely high technical and medical requirements and mass production will no longer be a contradiction in terms. Another highlight was a human-machine interface, whose integrated sensor system for positioning can also be used as control panel. A rotary knob with individual resolution or reset function could be easily realized this way. Those ideas were presented to a grateful audience at the lecture “Innovations for Industry” during the IVAM Forum on Tuesday, April 5th. Further progress was shown in terms of our latest software platform enabling easy control of Elliptec’s high-resolution rotatory and linear modules.

November 2010 - IEEE Workshop medical measuring systems
At this years IEEE Workshop, Elliptec was represented by Prof. Dr. Michael, holding a speech about piezo-driven nanoliter dosing for biochemical analysis systems.
September 2010 - 3. NRW Nano-Conference
After the successful premiere in 2008 and the succession in 2009, the nano technology site Dortmund once again invited experts and users from all over the world: on the 09th and 10th of September 2010, the 3rd NRW Nano-Conference took place in the Conference Center Westfalenhallen Dortmund. The Conference was accompanied by an exhibition in which Elliptec participated with an booth.
April 2010 - Hanover Fair
Elliptec presented new linear and rotatory positioning units. These new modules offer a very high resolution of only a few micro meters. Furthermore, new multi functional drive kits for the Elliptec Motor X15G were introduced. The driver-kits feature an USB-port for controlling the Elliptec Motor by PC software. The communication commands are available to the customer for integration in own applications.

June 2009 - 2nd NRW Conference
The promotion of trade and industry of Dortmund city and the ministry of innovation invited to the North Rhine-Westfalia (NRW) Nano-Conference, which took place in the congress centre Westfalenhallen Dortmund. Accompanying the conference, an exhibition took place on which Elliptec presented a new concept for 3-dimensional pick-and-place applications as well as 6-dimensional positioning hexapod. The designs revolved around the established Elliptec X15G motors in linear or rotational configurations.
April 2009 - Hanover Fair
Hanover Fair is the world's largest and most important showcase for industrial technology. Form April 20-24, 2009, it presented thirteen internationally recognized industrial trade shows under one roof. This year Elliptec presented new concept for 3-dimensional pick-and-place applications and for 6-dimensional positioning. The designs revolve around the established Elliptec X15G motors in linear or rotatory configurations.

The most current products and services were introduced for the development and production of a medical equipment on the MEDTEC Stuttgart. It is for leading suppliers from all divisions of the medical enginering represented at the international trade fair.

The Precisiebeurs is the qualified platform for the presentation of latest precision technology. Independent lectures of well-known companies and institutions informed related to this specific field.
November 2008 ComPaMED
The international trade fair "High tech solutions for medical technology": the leading fair for the supplier market of medical manufacturing showed solutions varied from advanced materials, parts and components and services.
April 2008 - Hanover Fair
The Hanover fair is the worldwide most important technology event. Approx. 200,000 visitors from over 50 countries go to this event every year. Elliptec was part of the exhibotors also in 2008 and closed this event positively with numerous enquireis. An absolute high light was the shown XY-positioning with an accuracy of ± 20µm and a speed <10 ms/mm.
April 2008 - analytica
The analytica as an international leading fair for instrumental analytics, laboratory technology, and bio technology informed about new and applied product and system solutions around laboratories in industry, research, and science. Presented the first time, Elliptec showed application examples with their products on the booth "made in Germany".
March 2008 - MEDTEC
The MEDTEC Stuttgart is the international fair for companies of medical engineering. The complete range of product and service resources for designing and manufacturing of medical devices and equipment were presented. Elliptec showed units with its piezoelectric motor for the usage in analyzers like gas-sampling and scanners in medical-technology products.

November 2007 - Precisiebeurs
THE meeting event for precision technologies: the 7th edition for the precisions fair Precisiebeurs took place on 28 and 29 November 2007. International companies presented developments from the areas of optics, micro system technology, and piezoelectric technology.
April 2007 – Hanover Fair 2007
The Hanover fair took place from April 15th to 20th, 2007, the greatest and politically most influential industries fair of the world. The exhibitors showed the most different technological products, services and innovation at the conducting fairs taking place parallel. Elliptec introduced the new Elliptec Module R40 at the “MicroTechnology” for the first time and gave a talk at the forum "Innovations for Industry".
February 2007 - MEDTEC
Elliptec exhibited at the MEDTEC in Stuttgart for the first time. The MEDTEC addresses product developer in the area of the medical engineering and is the suitable presentation platform for latest developments of medical materials, components, electronics, packing, sterilization and much more.

November 2006 – Precisiebeurs
The 6th Precisiebeurs took place on November 29th and 30th in Veldhoven, NL. Construction, functional principle and applications to the precise positioning, reduction of vibration and force detection of the Elliptec Motor and Elliptec Actuator were explained by Elliptec to international companies from optics, micro system and piezoelectric technology in a lecture.

October 2006 – iRIS International Robot Industry Show
Robot technology has developed in spectacular fashion over the last fifty years, and it has found application in nearly every aspect of our lives, from industrial healthcare and hazardous jobs to housework. Korean robot market is expanding more than 100% every year. To sustain the robust growth, the Korean government is actively implementing a government-wide master plan.
Robot World 2006 showcased technologies and products and it was an excellence platform to explore new foreign markets.
Elliptecs Korean representative, Korea Business Services Ltd., presented the Elliptec Motor and Elliptec Actuator as well as different applications on the iRIS.

ACTUATOR is a major event bringing every two years leading experts, suppliers and users together in the field of new actuators and low-power electromagnetic drives from all over the world and assists the transfer of R&D results into innovative actuator applications and drive technologies. Elliptec gave a lecture on their piezoelectric motors and actuators; the presentation is available on request.
May 2006 – Adaptronic Congress 2006
The Adaptronic Congress is the national and international communication forum for innovative solution concepts in system dynamics of industrial product applications. Germany has taken on a worldwide leading role in adaptronics. Elliptec showed possibilities for implementation with their piezoelectric motors and actuators.
April 2006 – Hanover Fair 2006
Every year the world market of the industry automation presents itself at the Hanover fair. The partner country 2006 India showed its complete range of its industrial performance variety. The visit of the Ministry for Science and Technology and Ocean Development Mr Kapil Siba was one of the highlights on the Elliptec booth.

TECHNO-FRONTIER is Japan’s largest Electronic and Mechatronic parts exhibition. Elliptec exhibited at the MOTORTECH, the exhibition which is specialized in small precision motors and motor-related products including parts and materials, control and sensor technology, and instrumental machinery.

The world conducting fair Productronica in Munich is the presentation and communication platform of the international electronic production industry. It stands for know-how firsthand and knowledge transfer on the highest standard.
November 2005 – Micromachine 2005
“Germany in Japan 2005/2006” Elliptec presented its products on the MicroMachine Exhibition, the most important Japanes fair regarding Micro- and Nanotechnology. Together with their Japanese representative numerous business contacts were intensified.
July 2005 – The Korea year in Germany
In the context of the Korea year in Germany Elliptec welcomes a delegation of ten journalists and introduces their products and several applications.
